The company founder and leader is a third generation
real estate investor, developer,
property manager, and financier
with more than 40 years of personal
experience.
He grew up on a rural mountain family development where he was active in the day-to-day operations since 1969. This was an incredible learning experience where his Father and Grandfather taught him how to master property analysis, acquisition, development, management, sale, and finance of real estate properties, including rental properties.
Scott's
grandfather was a real estate investor, developer, rancher, farmer, and entrepreneur.
Scott's father continues to invest and develop real estate.

furniture to
Veterans and people
of need in the Walsenburg,
Colorado area.
An additional truckload of
furniture was given to Veterans who live in the Veteran's
retirement community of Homelake, Colorado in the San Luis
Valley. |
