Setup can be done in several ways. We will work with you to find the best method for your comfort level.

Collecting payments and working with borrowers and tenants is a learned skill. In addition to developing specialized listening skills, you also MUST know how the proper ways to communicate with the borrower or tenant.

Our Methods Work

We have a long proven method for collecting payments, including delinquent payments. On average, payments are received before they are 5 days delinquent. It was almost 5 years since the last loan we are collecting defaulted.

With regards to our portfolio of real estate loans we are collecting:

On average, no payments are delinquent more than five (5) days
On average, less than one (1) loan will default every 5 years
All loans are current with zero days delinquency
